Why this studio exists.

Useful software shouldn't feel disposable, invasive, or out of reach. We wanted one place where a focused business tool could sit beside a free reader, a game companion, or an odd experiment.

Much of it is free, because we made it for ourselves, enjoyed the work, and would rather share it than leave it on a hard drive.

There isn't a house genre. A manga reader can live next to a sales tool. What ties the work together is smaller and more practical: respect the person using it, explain what the software does, and keep their data where it belongs.

We're still small. That is useful. It lets us choose ideas because they're interesting or genuinely helpful, not because they fit a quarterly plan.

When we work with other developers, ownership and credit should be clear from the start.

I started _ labs to give the software I keep making one honest home: useful work can fund the next idea, while some ideas are simply better shared for free.
